Öhlins Distribution & Test Center (ÖDTC) is looking for a Customer support administrator

As a branch to Öhlins Racing AB, Öhlins Distribution & Test Center located near to the Nürburgring in Germany is responsible for providing distribution, sales and marketing, customer support and technical service to its customers in over 20 countries throughout central Europe (www.ohlins.eu).

 Customer Support

The successful candidate will work as an administrator for the Customer Support department at Öhlins Distribution and Test Center, covering three main business areas; motorcycle, automotive and mountain bike.

As a customer support administrator, you will act as a point of contact for customers during the purchase order process, mainly by email (order address), but also phone and walk-in.  You will be expected to handle basic enquiries direct, such as pricing, availability and shipping options.  For more in-depth commercial or technical questions, you will refer these to the relevant people within our organisation.

Your main daily work shall be processing customer orders in our company management system (IFS) and in general ensuring the customer’s buying experience is reliable and efficient.

As a member of the Customer Support team, you will be working closely with colleagues from the customs, warehouse and warranty department, where it is expected that you shall have experience/knowledge of these areas also. In this position, you report to the Customer Manager.

Main responsibilities, actions & duties:

  • Customer sales order administration
  • Invoicing
  • Shipping

The candidate shall conduct himself/herself in a professional manner and be a good communicator, both orally and written.  It is a prerequisite to be fluent in German and English.  Having an interest in motorcycles, cars and mountain bikes is also preferable.
