Öhlins Racing AB is looking for a Manager Quality Assurance

If you want to be part of the development of the suspension of the future while helping our customers ride faster, safer and be more comfortable, you might be the one we are looking for.

Main responsibilities

  • Managing and developing our QA and Claims & Warranty groups.
  • Overall responsibility for the QMS according to IATF 16949.
  • Developing and implementing QA processes.
  • Global responsibility for QMS and Warranty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration to improve product quality.
  • Project Steering Group Member.
  • Set quality assurance objectives and ensure targets are met.

This position is located at Öhlins Racing headquarters in Upplands Väsby.

Experience & General Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience with IATF 16949 and Core Tools or minimum ISO9001.
  • 7 years of QA, R&D or Production Engineering experience within relevant industry.
  • M.Sc. within Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • Experience with Warranty, including 8D, 5W, A3 or similar.
  • Data Management skills.
  • Documented Internal Auditor Skills.

Profile

  • High communication skills, both internally and towards customers,
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to create understanding and commitment with others. Techniques such as Lean and/or Agile are meriting.
  • The will and ability to continuously improve the group and organization.
  • High requirements on integrity, flexibility and cooperation skills are mandatory as the QA manager shall interact with all of the organization,
  • Strong sense of team ownership and accountability.
