Human Resources and IT

Apart from handling the HR-area, which includes recruitment; health and safety; benefits and payroll, the department is responsible for internal communication, premises, our lunch restaurant and reception. The IT-function is also organised here.

The mission of the HR department is to find the co-workers that are right for Öhlins but also to make sure that Öhlins is the right company for them. We strive to create a work environment where safety, well-being and personal development are priorities.
